To 10 things caught on a fishing line (so far)

Boy, fishing here sure is different than fishing in Alaska! Robin and I went out fishing for the first real fishing expedition yesterday. What a day! We caught way more variety than just halibut ... and caught way more sunshine and warmth, too!

See the pictures.
  1. Red grouper
  2. Striped grunt
  3. Mangrove snapper
  4. Mutton snapper
  5. Yellowtail snapper
  6. Spanish sardine
  7. Seagull (stupid bird!)
  8. Barracuda
  9. Ray
  10. Blue runner

Are you going to eat all those fish or do you throw them back? I'm just saying... I like fish, but I wouldn't want to eat it for a month straight.

Yep, we eat most of 'em (eventually...we freeze some, too). That is, of course, if they are big enough and an eating fish (grouper, snapper). Otherwise we throw them back (shark, ray, bird). We don't eat the shark We had a big fish fry last night and invited everyone ... there were 12 of us.

Welcome to Picasa.... sadly you've not gone public with your catch. Michael is going to die when he see's these photos. Too cool! So has Robin found his dream fish liner or is that the park boat?

We use a park boat. We are looking for a boat to keep in Key West to use when we're there.
