Then the question becomes 'Why not start the truck and warm it up?' - just trying to understand. I agree he does seem to have good ideas. Few disasters on his watch, no industrial goofs. Lots of heavy-duty outdoor stuff. The best part of good ideas is sharing them. :-D
The argument is that ~I~ want to do something for him and start the truck for him ... Not vice versa. We also argue that ~I~ do all the shoveling at home because he has to do that at work ... Whatever you have to do as part of your workday you should not have to do at home.
